She is survived by: her husband Jack Flax; her brother Ira Ginsburg; her daughter Judith Flax-Rosenberg (Jerome Minskoff); her son-in-law Michael Jankosky; her grandsons, Gregory Rosenberg, Bradley Rosenberg (Jennifer) and Tucker Jankosky (Francessa); her great grandchildren, Cole, Luke, Jonah and Otis; and her son Jimmy Rocket.
