He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Haskins. He is survived by: his children, John Oscar Haskins, Barbara A. Taylor, Sabrina D. Haskin, Andrew Hassell, Martha Ann Graham and Edward Miller; his sisters, Mildred D. Mackey and Angela Haskins; and his sister-in-law Louise Miller.
