She was predeceased by: her father Walter Simpson Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Gretchen L. Simpson; her daughter Faranique Simpson; her brothers, Christopher, Gary and David Simpson; and her siblings' children, Laketia Barrow, Eboni Simpson, Jasmin Simpson, Demetrious, Uriah, Elijah and Ahmir Simpson. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
