With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Hall of Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard S. Long, Sr. and Sudie Kanaday Long; and her husband LeRoy Hall, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Lois Walker of Wilmington and Richard Long (Teresa) of Dunedin, Florida.; her sons, LeRoy Hall III (Rebecca), Robert Hall (Shannon) and William Hall, Sr. (Kimberly); her grandchildren, LeRoy IV, Rachel, Todd, Grace, William Jr., Shelby and David; and her great grandchild Liam.
