With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul F. Simon (Norfolk, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Paul may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Simon and Florence Simon. He is survived by: his wife Sandra M. Simon; his children, Denise Mendoza (Joy William) and William "Billy"; his granddaughter Kirsten Santana (Ricky); his great grandchild Aria Santana; his brother Richard Simon (Christine); and his brother-in-law Carl Herbert (Alberta). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family and dear friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (7800 Halprin Dr, Norfolk, VA 23518).
