She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Perlin and Sadie Friedman Perlin; her husband Sidney Orlins; and her siblings, Norman Perlin and Helen Perlin Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Randi Orlins Chernitzer (Ricky Hoffman) of Norfolk, Virginia and Scott Orlins of Norfolk; her grandson Blake Chadwick of Orlando; her nephews, Brian Charles "Chuckie" Perlin of Miami Florida and Ben Perlin of Westbrook; her niece Sherry Smith Olstein of Falls Church; her cousin Brenda Gordon of Newport News; her friends, Alan, Madeline Samuels, Gloria Ritemeyer and Rita Wineapple Goldsticker; and her caregivers, Nikki, Suki, Dani, Teresa and Frances Harris.
