She is survived by: her children, Cindy Fortner Woods (Rob Woods) and Greg Fortner (Terri Fortner); her brother Harvey Webb; her grandchildren, Meredith Woods and Kenny Woods; and her caregivers, Tamara, Erica, Jackie, Rachel, Laura, Laurie, Dawn, Callie and Ashley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
