It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph S. Cooper of Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on August 18, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Thomas Cooper and Agnes Burrus Cooper; and his siblings, Johnnie, Troy Cooper and Deloris Cooper.
He is survived by: his son Scott Cooper of Lynchburg; his wife Linda Clark Cooper; his stepchildren, Jamol "Ray-Ray", Rasheem "Christopher" McMillan and Yolanda "Yo-Yo" Clark; and his sisters, Erma Bracey of Norfolk, Jeanette Cooper and Michelle Cooper of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
