With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray DeVault Barrett Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on August 7, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Barrett Elburn (Steve), Ray DeVault Barrett III (Lori) and Ernest Ashe; his grandchildren, Ashley Rae Bauer (Bryan), Courtney Barrett (Zack) and Caitlyn Barrett; and his great grandchildren, James and Frankie.
