With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Clark Hood of Norfolk, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Hood (Lisa) and Tim Hood (Jennifer); and his stepchildren, Chip Smith (Susan), Susan Morrill (Chris) and G. G. Sakey (Marcus).
