He is survived by: his mother Ethel Palmer; his son Jarrell Palmer; his stepson Brandon Palmer; his former wife Miranda Moore; his siblings, Germaine Clary of Norfolk, VA, Rodney Palmer (Diveda) of Chesterfield, VA and Robin Little (Jerome) of Pensacola, FL.; his nieces, Sharina Galinda, Starr Clary, Whitney Little, Brittany Little, Maya Palmer and Jade Palmer; and his caregiver Tamika Reddick. He is also survived by two great nieces; two great nephews; uncles, aunts, other relatives; and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Funeral Service (7246 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
