He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Sharon Gish Heiden. He is survived by: his wife Annie Mae Tatem; his daughters, Betty Taitz and Paula Naquin (Jim); and his grandchildren, Daniel Naquin (Melissa) and Ashley N. Stolz (Michael). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
