He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Fuller and Mary K. Fuller; and his brother Thomas Fuller, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Watson Fuller; his daughters, Emily Diana Zeitler (Johnathan) and Sarah Jane Oliveira (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Nathan Zeitler, Mary Zeitler, Lucille Zeitler and Evelyn Oliveira; his sister-in-law Betty Johnson (Ken); his sibling's children, Sam Johnson and Stacey Golden; and his pet Sandy.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens Rotunda Building (6700 Azalea Garden Rd, Norfolk, VA 23518).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice House of Williamsburg and the Norfolk Botanical Gardens.
