She is survived by: her husband Fred Rohr; her children, Carla Dexter (David), Julie LaDell-Thomas (Joe Thomas), Jody LaDell (Paul Lawson) and Leo LaDell; her grandchildren, Hilary Fussell Sisco (Dan), Bridget Buchinger (Matt), Audrey Fussell, Mary Margaret Thomas and Oscar LaDell; her great grandchildren, Hattie Sisco, Lylah Buchinger, Adalyn McMillian, Gideon Sisco and Sawyer Buchinger; and her siblings, Jennings West, Jacqueline Hoppe (late Ed Hoppe) and A. J. West (Debbie).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments (Norfolk Campus) (1501 Colonial Ave, Norfolk, VA 23517).
