He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Clifford Williams (Frankfort) of Colfax and Nora "Sam" Williams-Wyant of Ferndale, WA; his grandparents, Russell and Jackie Williams; and his uncles, James Williams, Charles Allen, Joe Williams (Deanna), Howie Williams, Ray Chapman (Nancy) and Rick Chapman (Lynette). He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
