She was predeceased by: her parents, Basley Yancey and Willie Mae Yancey; her husband Adell Harris; her children, Dwaine Harris (Lynnette) and Crystal Taylor; and her siblings, Edward Yancey, Clarence Yancey, Vernon Yancey, Vincent Yancey, Thelma Patterson and Dorothy Scarborough.
She is survived by: her children, Bristol Harris (Sandra), Rita Copeland (Gregory), Darrell Harris and Clinton Harris; and her brother Albert Yancey (Sonya). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
