She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Speller and Rosanna Clark; and her sister Valerie D. Painter. She is survived by: her children, Peanut, Emanuel McCants (Peanut), April Johnson, Brian McCants and Siobhon Watson-Townes; and her siblings, Cheryl A. Painter, Willie Mae Wyche (Cookie), James A. Garry, Abrom Davis (Jerome) and YTina Hudley. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
