Ruth D. Loukes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth D. Loukes of Norfolk, Virginia, born in Hudson Falls, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Sr. Dickinson and Mina Dickinson; her husband Charles G. Loukes; and her brother Nathan Dickinson. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Loukes (Wendy), Karen Osterhout (Dean), Kathie Older (John), Kerby Loukes (Cindy) and Kory Loukes (Tara); her sister Lita Casey; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Dickinson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
