Samuel G. Werbel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel G. Werbel (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Werbel and Howard Werbel; his siblings-in-law, Bernie Shapiro and Marilyne Rafal; his former wife Beverly; and his brother Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Werbel, Evan Werbel (Hallie) and Jill Werbel Rider (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Jordan and Bennett Werbel; his siblings, Bo, Jesse, Sadye Rider, Dani and Baila Werbel; his siblings-in-law, Edwin Jay Rafal, Judy Werbel and Lettie Werbel; and his child Bethesda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
