She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Stephenson and Gladys Stephenson of Rich Valley; and her siblings, Peery, Robert, Roy Scott Stephenson and Peggy Stephenson.

She is survived by: her husband Milt; her daughter Meredith "Nicole" Long Coker (Cooper); and her granddaughter Eliza Legare Coker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Sandra's memory to the charity of the benefactor's choosing.
