He is survived by: his children, Coltrane and Molly; his former wife Melissa A.; his parents, Richard Miles (Dicky) and Miriam Miles (Cookie); his sisters, Amy Bosher (Jason) and Melissa Miles (Ryan); his nieces and nephews, Saderiah Cooksey (Matt), Haley Bosher, Jason Bosher Jr., Hunter Bosher and Luke Bosher; his great-nephew Rory Cooksey; his mother-in-law Suzanne; his sister-in-law Erin; his aunts and uncles, Harley, Jeanne Miles, Steve and Hilde Klein; his cousins, Jeff Krampf (Jodi), Susie Krampf, Michael Klein (Andrea), K. Scott Miles (Julie) and Leigh-Catherine Miles (Matt); and his friends, Chad, Chris, Brian, Michael, Justin V. and Nessim.
