She is survived by: her mother Pearl Lee Faulcon Artis; her children, Juliette "Peaches" Lassiter (Quintin) of Newport News, Virginia and Andrew Michael "Mike Pike" Chatman (Darlene) of Norfolk, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Desire'Lassiter of Newport News, Virginia, Quintin Lassiter Jr. of Newport News, Virginia, Brian Parker of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Brittany Parker of Norfolk, Virginia and Ciara Collins of Norfolk, Virginia; her great grandchild Cameron Brown of Norfolk, Virginia.; her sisters, Mabel Grayson of Solon, Ohio, Bessie Lawrence (Robert) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Juanita Artis of Bowie, Maryland, Mary Whidbee of Chesapeake, Virginia, Francine Peeples (James) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Patricia Johnson (Lionel) of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; and her siblings-in-law, Del Vaughan of Dayton, Percy Henry of Baltimore and Yasmin Artis Moodie of Capron. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, neighbors, and dear friends.
