He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Rankin and Kathleen Rankin. He is survived by: his children, Jaime Kistner (Jeff), Michael Hiney (Karen) and Jason Hiney (Reshanna); his brother Royce Rankin (Cynthia); and his friend Bunny May. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
