He was predeceased by: his father Eugene "Gene" Duke. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Duke; his daughters, Nicolette and Alyssa Duke; his granddaughter Lexianna; and his brothers, Brian Fancher and Robert "Bobby" Leemon.
