She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Dail Heath, Sr. and Dorothy Mallory Heath. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Eugene Whitehurst, Jr. (Sarah) and Aaron Palmer Whitehurst; her grandchildren, Benjamin Whitehurst and Madison Whitehurst; her siblings, Carolyn Heath Brumley, Richard Dail Heath, Jr. (MaryBeth) and Brenda Heath Breeland (Charlie); and her sister-in-law MaryBeth. She is also survived by Aunt.
