He is survived by: his close friend Earl Ford; his children, Michelle Dugan (Mailhiot), Nicole Rowland (Mailhiot) and Orlando Rowland; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Aileeyh, Alex, Nick Aaron, Jared, Brittney, Brianna, Brandon and Katie. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren.
