He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Williams and Elsie Williams; his brother Ernest T. Williams Jr.; and his wife Greer Williams. He is survived by: his friend Leon Carter; his grandchildren, Jonicia Tucker of Owings Mills and Jonathan Tucker Jr. of Virginia Beach; his great grandchild Santana Suez-Blaze Tucker of Virginia Beach, Virginia.; his children, Tahicia "Tasha" Tucker of Owings Mills, Maryland and Terry Almod Williams of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings, Ivy Williams, Millicent Williams of Norfolk, Virginia and Sterling Williams of Norfolk, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
