He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Martinette and Mary Martinette; and his brother Michael, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Kimberly Scott (Barry), Thomas Jr. (Catherine) and Kevin; his grandchildren, Dr Angela Ives and Ethan Ives; and his brother Cecil (Helen).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (6329 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23502).
