He was predeceased by: his parents, Oril "Tom" Nelson and Marjorie Nelson (LaFountain); his brother Todd; and his niece Rebecca. He is survived by: his wife Shannon (Ano); his children, Eugene and Brittany; his adoptive daughter Brittany; and his sisters, Amy LeClair (Bill), Stacy Doner (John) and Lynn Deyoe (Greg). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Thomas Nelson may be made to the American Cancer Society.
