It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas R. Petterson (Norfolk, Virginia), who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner A. Petterson and Judith W. Jack Warren; his sister Henrietta Machore; and his daughter Milka Janette Petterson. He is survived by: his wife Gail M. Petterson of Roper, NC; his siblings, Elsiana Copeland, Guillermina Peart, Norvira Curry, Enrique Williams, Gilberto Williams and Lloyd Williams; his siblings-in-law, Earline Allen and Earl Norman; and his children, Sandra, Doreen, Senovia, Tracy, Sherry, Thomas Jr., Eliecer, Omar and Rigoberto. He is also survived by 17 Grandsons, 10 Granddaughters, 23 Great-Grandchildren, as well of a host of nieces, nephews.
He went home to be with the LORD on February 25, 2021 after succumbing to complication brought about by COVID 19.
