She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt Leary and Edna Mae Leary; her son Mark Leary; and her grandchildren, Dejana, Jaylon and Makayla.
She is survived by: her sons, Jose Leary (Lindora) of Norfolk, VA, Roosevelt Leary (Sharita) of Newport News, VA and Carl Wright (Ikea) of Norfolk, VA; and her siblings, Jada Leary-Hurdle of Norfolk, VA and Mark Leary of Clarksville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
