He is survived by: his wife Pamela Salzman; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his grandchildren, Genevieve, Roman and Violet; and his sisters, Cindy Lewis and Ellen Wilson. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
