He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Griffin and Roy Bullock; and his siblings, Acey, Warren, Tommy, Mary, Mildred and Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, William Lowe and Carolyn Beebe (Erik); and his sisters, Jean Thiese of North Carolina and Patricia Ann Lawson of Florida.
