Semago (Rachel); his granddaughter Charlotte Semago; his niece Hazel Hunter (Scott); and his nephews, William F. Hudgins, Robert Stanley Hudgins II and Littleton C. Hudgins.
Memorial donations may be made in Billy's name to Hope Haven Children's Home.
