He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Bibbins Hill; his son Willie Carlton Hill, Jr.; his grandsons, Carlton, Calvin and Carrington Hill; his sister Gwendolyn Hill Demones; and his aunt Rose Parker Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Episcopal Church (1400 E Brambleton Ave, Norfolk, VA 23504).
