He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Rawls and Walcie Rawls; and his siblings, Mary Ethal, Ordesa, Lelia Pearl, Betty Sue, Johnny Wade and Walcie Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Erma Rawls; his daughters, Janice Rawls, Candice Wood and Minister Deborah Gomes; and his grandchildren, Frank Allen (Shavon), Valonda Allen-Morton (Robert), Shari Baltimore (Lawrence), Kinde'l Allen (Sherrelle) and Bianca McCaney (Torrey). He is also survived by eight great-grand children, a host of special nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
