She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar E. Pugh and Lillian A. Lynch. She is survived by: her husband Warren T. Davis; her son Jason T. Davis; and her brother Chuck Pugh. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Covesville Baptist Church (5729 Heards Mountain Rd, Covesville, VA 22931).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made in Shelby's name to Covesville Baptist Church.
