“Our deepest condolences to the family of Eugene Farmer. Eugene was our neighbor in Austin, Texas, for over 20 years. He was generous and always willing to share his beautiful plants with us. He also watched our pets when we were on vacation. When our daughters were very young, Eugene would show them the baby purple martins in his martin house and the monarch butterfly cacoons in his backyard. Our family cherished our friendship with Eugene; it has been a blessing to have known him.”
