He is survived by: his wife Kathy Altizer; his daughter Melonie Altizer Martin (John) of North Tazewell, VA; his daughter-in-law Tara Altizer of North Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Billy Altizer (Diane) of Tazewell, VA and Rebecca Altizer of Front Royal, VA; his grandchildren, John David Martin (Hailey) of Tannersville, VA, Caylee Johnson (Tanner) of Christiansburg, VA, Ethan Martin of North Tazewell, VA and Noah Altizer of North Tazewell, VA; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler Martin of Tannersville, VA, Reagan Dillow of Bluewell, WV and Walker Bradley Johson. He is also survived by family members and friends.
