Wagoner of North Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Brandi Young (Michael) of Statesville, NC, Kelli Golden (Michael) of North Tazewell, VA, Leigh Carter (Joe) of Louisburg, NC and Jamie Wagoner of Jewell Ridge, VA; his uncles, Tom Blankenship (Kelly) of Pope, MS and Bret Blankenship (Melinda) of Bristol, TN.; and his close friend Ben Cooper of Yukon, WV.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
