He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Crabtree and Dorothy Crabtree; and his brothers, Bill and Timmy. He is survived by: his close friend Judith August of Discovery Bay, CA; his siblings, Jack Crabtree (Ricki) of Richmond, VA, Lynn Willis (Ray) of Tazewell, VA and Leigh Crabtree (Stephanie McCarson) of Charlotte, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Keith Crabtree (Laine) of Glen Allen, VA, Ross Quillen (Melissa) of Tazewell, VA, Travis Crabtree (Tracie) of Richlands, VA, Stephanne O'Connell (David) of Barrington, RI and Taylor Gunter (Stephen) of Rocky Mount, VA. He is also survived by several cousins, great nephews and nieces.
