He is survived by: his children, Lawrence E. Mitchell (Queenie), Vera Mitchell of Tazewell, VA, Brenda Wooley (Travis) of Tazewell, VA, Susie Williams (Johnnie) of Tazewell, VA, Hattie Jones (Steve) and Kathryn Mitchell of North Tazewell, VA; his grandchildren, Lassity, Marissa, Ebonee and Marcus; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Rakeem; and his brother Walter Mitchell (Margaret Moore) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
