He is survived by: his wife Becky Lee Rowe; his sons, John Michael Rowe (Margo Schroyer) and Steven Curtis Rowe (Cari Kowalsky); his stepchildren, Bradley Crist (Courtney Crist) and Jessica Matthews (Todd Matthews); his grandchildren, Riley, Easton, Hunter, Slayden, Cashton (Rowe), Ian (McClung), Leilah, Lorelei (Crist), Wesley and Worth (Matthews); and his sister Lucy Rowe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
