He is survived by: his wife Ruth H. Glick; his sister Peggy Mason of Bridgewater, Virginia; his daughters, Susan Prestwich (Craig) of Provo, Utah and Mary Glick-Lincoln of Suitland, Maryland; his grandson Jeremy Prestwich (Jenny) of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Caleb, Elizabeth, Olivia and Kashton Prestwich.
