“Miss Vess was my Earth Science teacher at Providence middle school when I was in the 9th grade. We were a small accelerated science class of only 6-8 students. She made the year so exciting by teaching us things like map reading (all kinds of maps) and photo developing. Since we were able to be ahead of the syllabus, she added things to keep us interested. She always had amazing travels to tell us about and would show the "Your were there" films. Loved seeing her over the years since.”
