She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeb Stuart Ives, Sr. and Louise Stallings Ives; her brother Jeb Stuart Ives, Jr.; and her niece Laura Etzell. She is survived by: her husband Durant "D. B." Banks Walston, Jr.; her children, Craig Ives Walston and Caryn Walston Conwell (Michael); her grandchildren, Abby Conwell and Alex Conwell; her sister-in-law Sharon Walston Etzell (Steve); and her nephew Matthew Etzell. She is also survived by her family, as well as the many animals she and her husband.
