He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Foster; his wife Cindy Foster; his sister Cathy Ehredt; and his brother-in-law Tim Turner. He is survived by: his father Arthur Ray Foster; his sons, David Foster (Emily) and Daniel Foster; and his siblings, Laura Kuhl (Dave) and Mark Foster (Diana). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
