He is survived by: his parents, Rick Carr and Lisa Carr (Ashcraft); his significant other Magni Matheny; and his siblings, Mason Spino of Fairmont, Morgan Spino of Maryland and Michael Spino of Clarksburg. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends; and his beloved pets.
