We bid farewell to Robert Daniel Looman of North, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Robert Daniel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Looman and Alta Looman; and his siblings, David, Floyd Looman, Marie Lasher and Lillian Looman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Matthew (Amy), Jason (Tara) and Kristen (Bernard); his grandchildren, Alex, Dorothy, Emmett, Liam and Kristopher; and his brothers, Carl Looman, Benjamin Looman of Texas and Paul Looman (Bonnie) of New York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Singleton United Methodist Church (5869 Ware Neck Rd, Gloucester, VA 23061). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memphis TN.
