She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Bolling and Victoria Sturgill; her husband Bill Dayton Stidham; her sons, James Dayton and Rufus Clayton; her siblings, Vernoy, Keys, Gordie, Peggy, Betty, Jack, Tom and Evelyn; and also Woodrow Gardner.
She is survived by: her sister Dolly Dean of Vinson; her son Franklin Delano Stidham of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Connie Bill Stidham of Dahlonega, Georgia., Carmen Stidham, Michelle Lakin (Doug), Katrina Stidham-Linn (Nate), Kim Perry-Hampton (Chad), Andrea Atkinson (Stacy), Jeff Stidham (Gina) and Scott Stidham; her nephew Roger Walk (Rachel); and also Franklin Delano. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home (956 Park Ave NW, Norton, VA 24273-1821). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
